Cafe Mam uses biodegradable packaging and produces 100% certified organic, arabica coffee that is also certified Fair Trade. It is shade-grown in high altitude, and every lot of green coffee is lab tested and mold-tested.

Each batch is roasted fresh to order and is shipped to the Gerson Institute within one day of roasting. Roast date is stamped on the bottom of each bag.
