Refund policy


We strive to provide a pleasant experience and are committed to working with you to resolve any issues. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Some items or scenarios may only be eligible for refund in the form of store credit.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns will receive a refund to the original form of payment, and an email will be sent to confirm the refund. Please allow a few business days for the refund to post on your end.

Lost or abandoned U.S. packages are eligible for a full refund of the product only.

To start a return:

  • Contact us at orders@gerson.org with your order number, reason for return and a photo of the product (if possible).
  • If your return is eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your return package.
  • Upon receipt of the return package, we will issue a refund for the product to the original form of payment or as store credit. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please allow a few business days for the refund to post on your end.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


International Refunds
Lost, abandoned, or refused international packages are eligible for a 70% refund of the product to the original form of payment, or a store credit for the full product price. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.


Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of delivery, with photo proof. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee), custom products (such as kits, bundles and digital/downloadable), and personal care goods (such as enema kits). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
