Shipping policy
Our warehouse is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (USA). Orders are processed and shipped every Friday.
An automatic email is sent to confirm your order, and another automatic email containing tracking information is sent once the order is ready to be shipped. Please double check your spam/junk folder for these emails.
As a non-profit organization, the Gerson Institute is proud to offer valuable services, educational outreach and patient support at no charge. Your order helps to sustain these free services and ensure that we can continue our vital mission. A 5% handling fee is added to all orders to cover overhead costs such as labor and packaging materials.

Shipping Methods
Shipping and delivery timeframes refer to the amount of time that the order is in transit while in the possession of the carrier, not from the time the order is placed. The Gerson Institute is not responsible or liable for any delays or damages while in possession of the 3rd party carrier.
International Shipping
The receiver is responsible for supplying any documentation, certificates and/or permits and for paying any fees, duties and/or taxes required to pass customs. We recommend researching customs regulations/requirements for the order's destination prior to placing the order.
We have provided some information for common order destinations below, but it is not exhaustive. Please conduct your own research to ensure all the necessary documentation is available for your package to pass through customs.
- Orders going to Mexico: to pass customs, the receiver must provide customs with a sanitation permit for clay, coffee, enema kits and enema accessories.
- Orders going to China: Resident ID number is required along with two (2) email contacts and two (2) phone numbers.
- Orders going to Puerto Rico, Spain & Cyprus: check customs regulations and potential shipping delays, particularly for coffee.
